Structures assessment Clause Samples

The 'Structures assessment' clause establishes the requirement for evaluating the condition, safety, or compliance of physical structures, such as buildings or infrastructure, within the scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for conducting the assessment, the standards or criteria to be used, and the timing or frequency of such evaluations. For example, it may require a qualified engineer to inspect a property before a sale or lease is finalized. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties are aware of the structural integrity and suitability of relevant assets, thereby reducing the risk of undisclosed defects or future liabilities.
