Structure Survey Sample Clauses

Structure Survey. Contractor shall have the structure surveyed, at Contractor’s cost (and without an increase in the Contract Amount) by a licensed surveyor, licensed in the State of the Project, once the structural slab is poured to ensure that the structure has been constructed in the correct location onsite, and so that the Project when completed will not encroach on the public right of way or on any abutters property (if any).

Structure Survey. On or before the Commencement Date, the City Council shall procure a collateral warranty from the Structural Surveyor in respect of the Structural Survey Appointment for the benefit of the Contractor, in the form set out in the Structural Survey Appointment.
