Structure Requirements Clause Samples
The Structure Requirements clause defines the specific standards and criteria that a project's physical or organizational structures must meet. It typically outlines technical specifications, materials to be used, design parameters, and compliance with relevant codes or regulations. For example, it may require that a building's foundation be constructed to withstand certain loads or that organizational hierarchies follow a prescribed format. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of the expected structure, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring the final product meets necessary safety, quality, or operational standards.
