Structure Regime. If and when statutory law requires the articles of association of any member of the A2000 Group to be amended in order to comply with the provisions of Sections 2:158-164 or 2:268-274 of the Netherlands Civil Code (as the case may be), the parties shall cooperate to include such provisions in the relevant articles of association or to agree on such variations to this Agreement as may be necessary to preserve such powers and interests as are granted to the shareholders of the relevant company under this Agreement, without prejudice to the relevant company's obligations under the above mentioned provisions of the Netherlands Civil Code.

Structure Regime. If and when statutory law requires the articles of association of the Company to be amended in order to comply with the provisions of the Dutch Civil Code pertaining to the structure regime ("structuurbepalingen"), the Parties shall cooperate to include such provisions in the articles of association and to agree on such variations of this Agreement as may be necessary to preserve such powers and interests as are granted to the Shareholders under this Agreement, without prejudice to the obligations under the said provisions of the Dutch Civil Code.
