Common use of Structure Chart Clause in Contracts

Structure Chart. The Structure Chart dated on or about the date of the Fourth Amendment Agreement provided by the Obligors prior to the date of the Fourth Amendment Agreement is true, complete and accurate in all material respects as at the date hereof and nothing has occurred or been omitted as at the date hereof that ren­ders the information contained in the Structure Chart untrue or misleading in any material respect.
