6.2 The Developer has appointed a Controlling Architect who drafted Architectural Design & Landscape Guidelines to ensure architectural cohesion between structures erected on the ▇▇▇▇▇ comprising the Development and generally to ensure that buildings of a standard acceptable to the Developer and other inhabitants are erected in the Development. The purpose of the Architectural Design & Landscape Guideline is to establish a timeless and uniform style and identity for the Development, but will also allow for the individual clients own creativity and style within these Guidelines. The appointed controlling Architect will ensure that the guidelines are complied with during the design and construction phases.
