Common use of Structural Safety Clause in Contracts

Structural Safety. To perform maintenance and make repairs and replacements where City is obligated to do so; and in any other case where City, in its reasonable judgment, determines that it is necessary or desirable to do so in order to preserve the structural safety of such Airline’s Leased Premises or of the Terminal Area or to correct any condition likely to cause injuries or damages to persons or property.
