Common use of Structural Permits Clause in Contracts

Structural Permits. Simultaneously with Tenant's submittal ------------------ of the items described in Sections 3.3(i)(A) and 3.3(i)(B), above, Tenant shall use its best, good faith, efforts and all due diligence to cooperate with Architect, the Engineers, Landlord and "Contractor," as that term is defined in Section 4.1, below, to do all acts necessary, including cooperation in the preparation of shop drawings, if necessary, to obtain permits (the "Structural Permits") for the immediate construction of the Structural Items, and Tenant acknowledges that in connection therewith Landlord and/or Contractor, as opposed to Tenant, on behalf of Tenant and as Tenant's agent, may be the appropriate party to obtain such permits.
