STRUCTURAL ITEMS Sample Clauses
The 'STRUCTURAL ITEMS' clause defines which components of a building or structure are considered essential to its physical integrity and support. Typically, this includes elements such as foundations, load-bearing walls, beams, columns, and roofs, distinguishing them from non-structural features like finishes or fixtures. By clearly identifying these items, the clause ensures that responsibilities for maintenance, repair, or liability are properly allocated, reducing disputes and clarifying obligations related to the building's core framework.
