Common use of STRIKE OR LOCKOUT Clause in Contracts

STRIKE OR LOCKOUT. a) In view of the orderly procedure established by this agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Association and members of the Bargaining Unit agree that during the lifetime of this agreement or any agreed upon extension thereof, there will be no strike, slowdown or stoppage of work either complete or partial, and the Board agrees that there will be no lockout.
