STRIKE CONTINGENCY PLAN. Within fifteen working days after contract award, the Contractor shall provide a Strike Contingency Plan to the Contracting Officer or his designated representative for approval. The Strike Contingency Plan is a detailed contingency plan for performing the contract requirements in the event of a work disruption or stoppage by Contractor employees. Costs associated with the plan will NOT be allowed as a direct charge under the contract - See Section H3.

H13 REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS OUTSIDE UNITED STATES JURISDICTION Remediation actions performed under the Pacific Region may not be within the jurisdiction of the United States. Such factors as environmental regulations and prevailing labor wages and other operations of law will fall under the jurisdiction of the location in which the work will be performed. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to be in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations as well as those of the United States.
STRIKE CONTINGENCY PLAN a. The Vendor shall prepare and submit to the Board a “Strike Contingency Plan” to be used in the event of a strike by employees. The Strike Contingency Plan shall be reviewed and approved by the Board including all subsequent revisions as updated annually.
