Streetlight Pole Clause Samples
The 'Streetlight Pole' clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the installation, maintenance, or use of streetlight poles within a given agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for providing, installing, and maintaining the streetlight poles, as well as any standards or specifications they must meet, such as height, material, or placement. For example, it may require the contractor to ensure all poles are compliant with local regulations and are installed at specified intervals along a roadway. Streetlight Pole. Any standard-design concrete, fiberglass, metal, or wooden pole used for streetlighting purposes.
Streetlight Pole. “Streetlight Pole” shall mean any pole used primarily for street lighting purposes.
Streetlight Pole. Streetlight Pole" shall mean any standard-design metal pole that has a mast arm for the support of a light fixture, is owned by the County and is used for street lighting purposes. Streetlight Pole does not include traffic signal poles, school zone flashers, or any related appurtenances nor any pole supporting a streetlight that is made from any material other than metal.
