Street Signs. All signage and appurtenances shall be installed in accordance with City standards in the location shown on the approved Engineering Drawings as listed in Schedule “A-1” and as outlined in Schedule “D”. Signage shall include street name signs, regulatory signs, and warning signs, including signs confirming the roads are not assumed by the City. All signage shall be maintained by the Owner until the assumption by-law for the roadways is passed by the City.

Street Signs. Street signs removed from existing lampposts, must be carefully handled and re-installed on the new post. Where street signs are to be installed or relocated, the Contractor shall furnish stainless steel straps and install street sign holder furnished by the Department of Transportation, or install an approved street sign holder from old lamppost and install street sign. Where holder contains both Avenue and Street signs, it will be considered as one sign. Reinstallation of the signs shall be considered as part of the lamppost installation item. There will not be any additional payment for reinstallation of signs. This item shall also apply to the transferring of other non-illuminated signs. In the event that the Division of Traffic Operations does not furnish a new street sign, the Contractor may use the street signs removed from the old holders, provided they fit the new holders. Division of Traffic Operations will deliver street sign holders to the Contractor.
Street Signs. (1) Except as provided in Section 9, the Owner will pay for and the Town will supply and erect street signs in accordance with the standard design of the Town at locations specified by the Engineer.

Street Signs. The DEVELOPER shall be financially responsible for the installation of street identification signs, townhome address range signs, no parking signs on both sides of private streets, where appropriate and non-mechanical and non-electrical traffic control signs. Street signs will be in conformance with the names as indicated on the FINAL PLAT and pursuant to CITY standards. The actual number and location of signs to be installed shall be determined by the CITY.
