STREAM S p.A, a company incorporated in Italy whose principal place of business is at Via ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 1021 (“Stream”). (E) The pay-television services offered respectively by STREAM and Telepiu (as defined below) will continue to be made available to the respective subscriber bases of Telepiu and Stream and will continue to be available for subscription by the public as from the Closing Date (as defined below) until such time as a single pay-television service combining the pay-television services of those Persons is combined into a single pay-television service and offered as a single service.
