All information supplied by or on behalf of the Borrower and contained or referred to in the Strategic Plan was based on assumptions and valuations which were reasonable at the time it was prepared and there are, after due and careful enquiry by the Borrower, no legal impediments or restrictions of which the Borrower is aware to the implementation of the Strategic Plan in all material respects within the timetable described therein.
