STRATE RULES. It is the responsibility of the Client to keep abreast with the Strate rules, directives, regulations and notices. The Client is solely responsible for the submission of a written dividends tax declaration, if applicable, and to forthwith inform the withholding agent in writing should the circumstances of the beneficial owner change.
