STORM ACCOMMODATIONS. ‌ (a) Where the Employer feels that due to a storm or poor weather conditions an employee may not be able to travel to work the following day the Employer may ask an employee to stay at the hotel the night before any pending weather or during any poor weather to stay at the hotel. (b) Notwithstanding article 2.3 (a) the employer shall provide the employee with suitable accommodations at the hotel that may include sharing a room with one or more employees of the same sex. (c) If an employee agrees to stay at the hotel as listed in this article breakfast the following morning will be provided (d) The employee may be required to clean the room in which they stay in however it won’t be considered part of their daily 16 rooms.
