Storage of Construction Materials. The Developer covenants that at no time shall construction material for services or buildings to be constructed on the Lands be stored or stock-piled on any street allowance or other municipally-owned lands.
Storage of Construction Materials. GRANTOR may store construction and other work materials outdoors needed during construction of permitted structures and improvements on the Property while work is in progress and for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days after completion or abandonment of construction. Construction shall be deemed abandoned if work ceases for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days.
