STORAGE ALLOCATION. The CZS shall allocate adequate storage areas, if available, for the Contractor’s materials and equipment during the course of the Contractor’s Work.
STORAGE ALLOCATION. The Support Services provide up to five Gigabytes (5 GB) in file storage space for e-learning courses for every one thousand (1,000) licensed users or fractions thereof (the “Storage Allocation”). Alchemy e-learning courses and observations are not included in the Storage Allocation. The Storage Allocation is the equivalent of one hundred (100) e-learning courses with an average size of fifty Megabytes (50 MB). Should an overage occur in the Storage Allocation, Customer will be billed five hundred dollars ($500) per month for each additional block of 5 GB (or portion thereof) used over the initial Storage Allocation in a given month. Alchemy will notify Customer when Customer is close to the Storage Allocation limit, and overage charges will not begin until at least one (1) week after notification by Alchemy so as to permit Customer to reduce the amount of space used to avoid such charges.
STORAGE ALLOCATION. The amount of data at Client site that may be backed up to the supplied Local Appliance and the Cloud Core (if applicable). Client may back up and store the amount protected raw data (including data for retention purposes) as specified by Client during the Onboarding up to the amount detailed in Schedule C: Pricing. The Storage Allocation is the basis for the minimum Monthly Management Charge paid by Client for Disaster Recovery Services.
STORAGE ALLOCATION. The General Contractor shall allocate adequate storage areas, if and when available, for the Subcontractor's materials and equipment during the course of the Subcontractor's Work. The Subcontractor, however, is responsible for storage and safety of its materials and equipment on the site or elsewhere. Losses due to improper storage, theft, vandalism, casualty or failure to secure Work or to install temporary protective devices shall be borne by the Subcontractor irrespective of whatever actions the General Contractor might take to secure the worksite.
