Common use of Stock Ratio Clause in Contracts

Stock Ratio. “Company Common Stock Ratio” shall mean the quotient of (a) the Company Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time divided by (b) the sum of the Company Preferred Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and the Company Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.
