Common use of Stock Purchase Price Clause in Contracts

Stock Purchase Price. (a) The initial purchase price for the Shares ("Initial Purchase Price") shall be Seven Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand, One Hundred Sixty-Three ($775,163) Dollars which shall be allocated among the Sellers in proportion to the Shares sold by each of them to Purchaser.
