Common use of Stock Options or Other Equity Clause in Contracts

Stock Options or Other Equity. Based Awards. Executive shall be eligible to receive awards under such stock option or other equity award plans or programs as are generally available from time to time to similarly situated executive employees of the Company, subject to and in accordance with the terms, conditions and overall administration of such plans or programs. Nothing herein is intended or shall be construed to require the institution or continuation of any stock option or other equity award plan or program, or to entitle Executive to receive any stock option or other equity award.
