Common use of Stock Options in the Event of a Change of Control Clause in Contracts

Stock Options in the Event of a Change of Control. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Option Agreement, in the event that as of the date of a Change of Control, you hold unvested stock options that had been granted to you under the Option Agreement, such unvested stock options shall immediately vest and shall be exercisable in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Option Agreement.
