Common use of Stipulation Clause in Contracts

Stipulation. Executive hereby stipulates to the Company that on the ----------- date of this Agreement, neither Executive nor his affiliates has any claim of any type against the Company, except claims that may arise under this Agreement, and represents and warrants that this Agreement does not conflict with any other agreement to which Executive is a party.
