Stipulated Area Clause Samples

Stipulated Area. The Base Rent for the 6th Floor Premises has been calculated on the basis of 4,389 square feet of Rentable Area (Base Rent for the 12th Floor Premises is a stipulated gross rent amount), which figure has been stipulated by the parties based on the configuration of the Premises as set forth in Exhibit “A”. If the public corridor, if any, indicated on Exhibit “A” is changed in such a manner as to change the numerator or denominator of the fraction described in Section 3 above, then, on written notice to Tenant, the Rentable Area of the Premises stipulated above shall be adjusted accordingly, and the Base Rent shall be adjusted to reflect such change.
