The Stipend Compensation clause defines the terms under which a fixed or periodic payment is provided to an individual, typically for services rendered or participation in a program. Stipend Compensation. A one-time stipend will be made to Maintenance employees that are actively employed by East ▇▇▇▇▇ County Schools on December 9, 2014. The total amount of the stipend shall be $500. The payment shall be made through EACS’s payroll systems and be considered taxable wages.
Stipend Compensation. Hospital shall pay to Contractor an amount equal to One Thousand Five Hundred Three Dollars ($1,503) per Shift for Coverage Services and Professional Services provided to Patients by Group Physicians pursuant to this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, a “Shift” shall mean a twenty-four (24) hour period.

The amount of the stipend shall be $300 for drivers whose hire date is prior to June 30, 2015 and $200 to drivers that were hired after June 30, 2015. The amounts of $300 and $200 are prior to taxes being taken/applied. The payment shall be made through EACS’s payroll system and be considered taxable wages. This stipend (i.e. compensation) is in lieu of an increase in hourly rates for calendar year 2016. The stipend shall occur in July 2016.
