STILLS. 8.1 Unless otherwise agreed and recorded in S16 or S20 the Practitioner shall not be entitled to use any stills photograph, illustration or likeness of the Performer in any printed medium.
STILLS. Unless otherwise agreed and recorded in S10.4 the practitioner shall not be entitled to use any still photograph, illustration or likeness of the performer in any printed advertising. In the event that such consent is given, a separate agreement must be negotiated between the parties.
STILLS and Recordings of the Virtual Interview Room: Unless otherwise agreed in writing the only footage that may be accessed, recorded, captured, transmitted, telecast, streamed, or otherwise exhibited from the Zoom are winner interviews from the Virtual Interview Room. All other footage is prohibited (e.g. miscellaneous footage and/or video or audio recordings of media or talent interacting with anyone off-camera).

Contact proof sheets of a selection of black and white still photographs (the "Black and White Stills") taken by the unit photographer (the "Photographer") and either the original negative of all Black and White Stills or access to them; and a comprehensive selection of fifty (50) different original color transparencies taken by the Photographer (the "Color Transparencies") and access to all original Color Transparencies, but in no event less than the number of selections available to the U.S. distributor. Each Black and White Still and Color Transparency shall be accompanied by a notation identifying the persons and events depicted therein and shall be suitable for reproduction for advertising and publicity purposes.
STILLS. On the basis of the trial agreement of June 30th 1998, the parties in the Agreement are still to negotiate the terms of a new arrangement concerning the use of stills in DR’s publications. Until an agreement has been reached, DR is to pay a yearly round sum of DKK 35,000 in the years of 2005, 2006, and 2007 for the use of stills in accordance with the terms of the trial agreement.
