STEPS DESCRIPTION Sample Clauses

The STEPS DESCRIPTION clause outlines the specific actions or phases required to complete a process or fulfill an obligation within an agreement. It typically breaks down a larger task into sequential steps, providing clear instructions or milestones that must be met. For example, it may detail the stages of a project, such as planning, execution, and review, or specify the order in which deliverables are to be provided. This clause ensures that all parties have a shared understanding of the process, reducing ambiguity and helping to manage expectations and accountability throughout the duration of the agreement.
