Steep slopes Clause Samples

The 'Steep slopes' clause defines the requirements and procedures for working on or around areas with significant inclines on a construction site. It typically outlines safety measures, equipment specifications, and additional precautions that must be taken when construction activities occur on slopes exceeding a certain gradient, such as the use of specialized scaffolding or erosion control methods. This clause ensures that both safety risks and potential environmental impacts associated with steep terrain are properly managed, thereby reducing the likelihood of accidents and project delays.
