Steady State Support. IBM will assign a project manager who will be a single point of contact during the ongoing provision of Services to assist Customer with implementation of additional Services and resolution of problems. The account support representative will: a. notify Customer of planned or emergency e-business Hosting Center maintenance; b. assist with change requests; and c. be available to assist Customer with questions and issues during normal business hours for the e-business Hosting Center (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., excluding national holidays).
