Statutory Waivers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Pledgor waives all of the rights, benefits and protections given by the provisions of any existing or future statute which imposes limitations upon the powers, rights or remedies of the Secured Parties or upon the methods of realization of security, including any seize or xxx or anti-deficiency statute or any similar provisions of any other statute.
