STATUTORY PROCEDURE. The City has completed or shall complete all procedures required by Laws to undertake the obligations contemplated hereunder; and all requisite public bodies shall have approved this Phase 1 A&M Complex Agreement and authorized the performance of the City’s obligations hereunder.
