STATUTORY NOTIFICATION Clause Samples
The Statutory Notification clause requires parties to inform each other or relevant authorities about certain events or actions as mandated by law. In practice, this may involve notifying government agencies of regulatory changes, incidents, or compliance matters within specified timeframes. Its core function is to ensure legal compliance and prevent penalties by making sure all required notifications are properly and promptly made.
