Common use of Statutory Functions Clause in Contracts

Statutory Functions. Subject to any amendment to the relevant enactment which comes into force on or after the date on which this Transfer Scheme is made, there shall be transferred to the Transferee all the functions of the Transferor under any relevant enactments if and to the extent that any such relevant enactment: (a) relates to any property which is to be transferred by this Transfer Scheme; or (b) authorises the carrying out of works designed to be used in connection with any such property or the acquisition of land for the purpose of carrying out any such works.
