Common use of Statutory Dissolution Clause in Contracts

Statutory Dissolution. The happening of any events set forth in Section 18-801 of the Act, unless the business of the Company is continued by the consent of a Majority-in-Interest of the remaining Members within 90 days after the happening of that event and there are at least two remaining Members.

Statutory Dissolution.
