Statutory Deductions. The Company shall deduct from the Salary, any bonus remuneration and any other payments and allowances provided for herein, all such amounts as are required by law to be withheld and deducted at source and shall remit the same to the required governmental authority or agency.

The Company shall may deduct from the Salaryyour annual salary, or any bonus remuneration sum paid to you, an amount of social security/ provident fund contribution and any other payments and allowances sum which the Company may be required to deduct as per the applicable laws. These deductions will be carried out by the Company in accordance with the applicable laws, details of which will be provided for herein, all such amounts as are required by law to be withheld and deducted at source and shall remit the same to the required governmental authority or agencyyou.
