Common use of Statutory Declaration Clause in Contracts

Statutory Declaration. The Supplier agrees that: (a) at any time, Council may request the Supplier to provide a signed statutory declaration (in a form and containing such detail as reasonably required by Council) from a current director of the Supplier confirming that the Supplier is solvent and not subject to any event set out in clause 15(b)(i); and (b) the Supplier must provide Council with such completed and signed statutory declaration within 3 Business Days of such a request.
