Statutory Agent. The name and address of the Company’s Statutory Agent in the State of Ohio shall be G▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, 8▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇. The Managing Member may, from time to time, change the Agent by filing appropriate documents with the Ohio Secretary of State. If the registered agent ceases to act as such for any reason the Managing Member shall promptly designate a replacement Agent. The Managing Member shall promptly file with the Ohio Secretary of State the documents required by the Act with respect to any change of the registered Agent or his/her address. If the Managing Member shall fail to designate a replacement registered agent or if the Managing Member or the Agent fail to file the appropriate notice of a change of agent or his/her address, any Member may designate a replacement Agent or file a notice of change of agent or his/her address.
