Status Increase Sample Clauses

Status Increase. All NTT faculty members who have achieved status by the end of either fall or spring semester will receive a $225/month increase at the beginning of the following semester. Effective January 1, 2023, the status increase amount will be $250/month; status NTT faculty members who received their status increase prior to January 1, 2023, will receive a $25/month increase effective January 1, 2023. The Department Chair/Director may request a larger monthly increase for a NTT faculty member subject to approval by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Human Resources. However, the amount of monthly increase shall be at the sole discretion of the Department Chair/Director and is not subject to the grievance procedure unless it is below the minimum established in the previous paragraph. Status increases will be prorated to the amount of time contracted and added to monthly salaries before implementation of any applicable salary increase provided for in Section 18.01A and 18.01B.
