STATUATORY HOLIDAYS. 10.01 The Board agrees that every member of the Association shall be entitled to twelve (12) statutory, municipal and authoritatively declared holidays, in each year.

10.02 A member who is on, or is assigned to, duty on the day of observance of any of the above holidays shall be considered to have worked 50% more hours than the member was actually on duty and shall be credited accordingly.
STATUATORY HOLIDAYS. All Employees shall be entitled to a holiday with one (1) day's pay on the following public holidays, namely: New Year's Day Family Day Good Friday Victoria Day Canada Day British Columbia Day Labour Day Thanksgiving Day Remembrance Day Christmas Day and any other day proclaimed or declared by the B.C. Provincial Government as a Statutory Holiday.
(a) When a Statutory Holiday falls on the Employees regular scheduled day off they will have the following scheduled working day off with one (1) day's pay.
(b) The overtime pay for work performed on a Statutory Holiday or day observed as such is in addition to any statutory holiday pay that an Employee may be entitled to under this Article.
STATUATORY HOLIDAYS. 17.01 The following days shall be observed as paid statutory holidays:
17.02 Employees required to work on any holiday shall be paid in addition to their statutory holiday pay entitlement, an amount equal to one and one-half times (1-1/2X) their regular rate of pay for each hour or part thereof worked.
17.03 Employees shall be paid in accordance with the relevant provisions of The Saskatchewan Employment Act.
17.04 When any public holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the previous Friday or the following Monday shall, at the discretion of the employer, be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.

STATUATORY HOLIDAYS. For all work performed on a statutory holiday the employee will receive his regular straight time pay in addition to seven and one half (7.5) hours pay compensated for at two times his regular rate of pay. When no work is performed on a statutory holiday the employee will receive his regular straight time pay for the day. For employees whose day off falls on a statutory holiday the employee shall receive his regular straight time pay or a day off with pay.

25.01 The Floating Plant Holidays will be observed annually, and will be designated by the company following discussion with the Union.
25.02 To be eligible for a pay for a holiday, an employee must have worked the last scheduled day immediately preceding and following the holiday.
25.03 The employee is not on layoff on the day of the Holiday and has worked within the preceding five (5) working days immediately prior to the Holiday.
25.04 Should a Holiday occur during an employee’s scheduled vacation, the employee will be entitled to receive one (1) additional day of vacation at a time mutually agreeable to the employee and the Company.
25.05 In the case of legitimate illness, or in cases specifically authorized by the Company, the above requirements may be waived.
25.06 Employees should be paid the hours in accordance to the scheduled shift in the week of the holiday.
