Common use of Statistical Usage Data Clause in Contracts

Statistical Usage Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Litera may collect, retain and use, both during and after the term of this Agreement, usage data that is derived from Customer’s use of the Software (“Usage Data”). Usage Data does not include any Customer Content. Litera will use the Usage Data for purposes of Litera’s business only, and will not sell Usage Data to any third party.
