The statistical and market and industry-related data included in the Registration Statement, Pricing Disclosure Package and Prospectus are based on or derived from sources which the Company believes to be reliable and accurate or represent the Company’s good faith estimates that are made on the basis of data derived from such sources and the Company has obtained the written consent to the use of such data from sources to the extent required.
