Station Coordination Clause Samples

The STATION COORDINATION clause establishes the procedures and responsibilities for coordinating activities, communications, or operations at a specific site or facility. Typically, this clause outlines which party is responsible for managing on-site logistics, scheduling, and information sharing among all involved stakeholders. For example, it may require regular meetings, designate a primary point of contact, or set protocols for reporting issues. Its core function is to ensure smooth collaboration and prevent misunderstandings or conflicts by clearly defining how coordination at the station will be handled.
