Common use of STATEMENTS; VOTING Clause in Contracts

STATEMENTS; VOTING. The Trust shall provide Hartford with the current prospectus(es). statement(s) of additional information, proxy statements, annual reports and semi annual reports of each Series (and no other series, provided that the statement of additional information may combine disclosure for the Series with other Series of the Trust), and any supplements or amendments to any of the foregoing, for distribution to existing shareholders in the form of camera-ready pdf electronic document files, all as Hartford may reasonably request, and such other assistance as is reasonably necessary in order for Hartford to have any of the prospectus(es), statement of additional information, proxy statements, annual reports and semi annual reports of each Series (and no other series), end any supplements or amendments lo any of the foregoing, printed in combination with such documents of other fund companies' and/or such documents for the Contracts. Expenses associated with providing, printing and distributing such documents shall be allocated in accordance with Schedule C attached to this Agreement.
