Statements to Residual Interestholders and Noteholders. On or before each Determination Date, the Servicer shall provide to the Residual Interestholders and to the Indenture Trustee (with a copy to each Rating Agency, the Swap Counterparty and the Issuer) for the Indenture Trustee to forward to each Noteholder of record as of the most recent Record Date, a statement setting forth for the Collection Period and Payment Date relating to such Determination Date the following information (to the extent applicable):
