Common use of Statements to Noteholders and Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Statements to Noteholders and Certificateholders. On or prior to each Payment Date, the Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee (with copies to the Rating Agencies and each Paying Agent) for the Indenture Trustee to forward to each Noteholder of record as of the most recent Record Date and to the Owner Trustee (with copies to the Rating Agencies and to each Paying Agent) for the Owner Trustee to forward to each Certificateholder of record as of the most recent Record Date a statement in substantially the forms of Exhibits B and C, respectively, setting forth at least the following information as to the Notes and the Certificates to the extent applicable:
