Statements to Noteholders and Certificateholders. On or before each Determination Date, the Servicer shall provide to the Certificate Paying Agent and to the Relevant Trustee (with a copy to each Rating Agency and the Issuer), and the Relevant Trustee shall forward (or make available on its website, as described below) to each Noteholder and Certificateholder of record as of the most recent Record Date, a statement setting forth for the Collection Period and Payment Date relating to such Determination Date the following information (to the extent applicable):
