Statements Concerning the Executive. Following the Executive’s termination of employment with the Employer, the Employer’s executive officers, the members of the Board, and the Employer’s human resources representatives shall refrain from publishing any oral or written statements about the Executive that (a) are disparaging, slanderous, libelous, or defamatory or (b) place the Executive in a false light before the public.
