Common use of Statement required Clause in Contracts

Statement required. The Negotiating Committee believes that the Employer’s proposal may not have a significant impact on workers but requires more clarity and needs monitoring. The Negotiating Committee approves the proposal on the basis of a written statement from the Employer outlining agreed parameters for the introduction of the New Technology. The Employer must keep the Negotiating Committee informed of developments and agree a timetable to report back to the Negotiating Committee on its progress. NTRs will monitor the introduction of the New Technology in line with the agreed position. Any changes to the approved proposals must be agreed by the Negotiating Committee before they are actioned.
