Statement on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 2002 . In connection with audits of the financial statements of Owner, Section 404 of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 2002 as in effect as of the date of this Agreement will require the auditor of such financial statements to obtain an understanding of Manager's internal controls. Manager agrees to cooperate reasonably with Owner's auditor to enable such auditor to obtain such understanding, provided that Owner shall reimburse Manager for the cost of providing such cooperation.
